Sampler Variety Pack (Medium)
All beef is frozen and vacuum sealed for maximum freezer life. This variety package includes 4 pounds of premium ground beef, 2 pounds ground beef patties (6 patties) with the remaining balance being a variety of steaks and roasts. Bones or other specialty products may be purchased separately here. All frozen beef cuts are packaged into an insulated bag.
Beef cuts that can be included are: bavette, carne asada, filet, flank steak, london broil, New York steak, picanha (sirloin cap), ossobucco, ribeye steak, roasts, skirt steak, sirloin steak, shanks, short ribs, or stew meat packaged with our premium ground beef.
This package will typically include approximately 6 pounds of ground beef, 4-7 steaks, 1 roast, stew meat and/or ossobuco, and/or carne asada.
