All beef is frozen and vacuum sealed for maximum freezer life. This variety package includes 8-9 pounds of premium ground beef with the remaining balance being a variety of steaks and roasts. Bones or other specialty products may be purchased separately here. All frozen beef cuts are packaged into an insulated bag.
Beef cuts that can be included are: carne asada, filet, flank steak, New York steaks, ossobuco, ribeye steak, roasts, skirt steak, sirloin steak, shanks, or stew meat packaged with our premium ground beef.
This package will typically include 8-9 pounds of ground beef, 3-6 steaks, 1 roast, stew meat and/or ossobuco, and/or carne asada.
