Ending with a WIN!
Calving season brings an array of emotions. Mostly excitement and gratitude for thriving young life, witnessing trembling legs grow stronger by the minute to take on this world. The occasional unfortunate case of a challenging birth or predator leaves us brainstorming ways to do more. After a burst of unfortunate cases, we had one last calf to be born. With a challenging start and slim odds of survival, Lucky made it! A WIN to finish 2026 calving.
