A highly requested amount of bulk beef is finally here! For this, we take our quarter beef and do our best to equitably split the packages in half to make an eighth. This means, half the steaks, roasts, ground, and other cuts. Take a look at the example ones pictured and reach out with any questions. This amount of beef is delivered in two of our insulated bags.
