Sampler Variety Pack (Large)
All beef is frozen and vacuum sealed for maximum freezer life. This variety package includes 8-10 pounds of our premium ground beef with the remaining balance being a variety of steaks and roasts. Bones or other specialty products may be purchased separately here. All frozen beef cuts are packaged into an insulated bag.
Beef cuts that can be included are: brisket, carne asada, filet, flank steak, New York steaks, ossobuco, ribeye steak, roasts, skirt steak, sirloin steak, shanks, short ribs, stew meat, or tri-tip packaged with our premium ground beef.
This variety package will typically include a mixture of cuts that will be approximately 8-10 pounds of ground beef, 3-6 steaks, 1-2 roasts, short ribs or brisket or tri-tip, stew meat and/or ossobuco, and/or carne asada.
