A quarter beef is half of a half for the most equitable split. All beef is frozen and vacuum sealed for maximum freezer life and packaged in boxes. This deposit reserves your bulk order and the final total of the quarter beef will be invoiced with the total amount of beef ready for your freezer.
Note: all bones and suet are removed from this bulk order and can be purchased separately in the specialty meats section here. Additional ground beef can be purchased at the same time as your bulk order and will retain the $11 pricing.
