Grilled Ribeye Steak

A quick and easy recipe for cooking up a tasty ribeye steak!
Ingredients
- Ribeye Steak
- Salt
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Oil
Directions
Pull the steak out a half hour before grilling. Pat it dry.
Coat it liberally with avocado or olive oil. Add salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Let sit on the counter while starting your grill.
Once the steak is close to room temperature and your grill is preheated, sear steak at 500 degrees fahrenheit for 3 minutes on each side. Swap grill to indirect heat and finish cooking until the beef is at an internal temperature of 120-125 degrees fahrenheit.
Remove from grill and let rest under tinfoil for 5 minutes.
Serve with your favorite sides.
